It’s time to focus on your new job. Establish a relationship with your employer — especially your direct supervisor — that benefits both of you. For this to happen, you and your employer have to set reasonable expectations for one another: work performance, communication standards, timelines, and deliverables.

Working: No Average Day

Social media is such an exciting field because it’s ever changing: new content standards, emerging networks, and algorithmic changes on platforms.

remember Your new colleagues might be skeptical about how this new medium works. Don’t take this personally. Educate your coworkers about social media, but more importantly, deliver results and show your impact.
