Goal setting

Every six months or so I sit down alone and conduct a big personal brainstorming session on what I want to achieve in the months ahead (and beyond). I’m sure we have all heard the claim that writing our goals down gives us a 95 per cent chance of achieving them. Amazingly, I have found this to be true throughout my life. I have also found that if we then display these written goals in a place where we will look at them every day, we increase our chances of success even further — to almost 100 per cent.
