USE THE POWER OF CRITICISM TO BECOME YOUR TRUE BEST

Western society has become too nice these days. In an effort to be polite, gentle with each other and non-judgemental, there is a tendency to shy away from telling things as they are. We embellish and keep hidden certain truths that are, in fact, the seeds of our future greatness. We forget the power of well-delivered criticism (feedback), which, after all, is there to help! The irony, though, is that we still think it. We just don’t say it.
