A friend of mine once said to me, ‘it is time you unleashed yourself on this world’ and I wondered what that would be like and what exactly I would be unleashing. I realized I was not alone in that quest, though our conversations had begun a journey of self-discovery and learning that has helped me and those I work with grow.
