Cultural Competence

Part One lays two “cornerstones” or basic concepts that are the foundation on which the framework of this book is built. The first cornerstone is diversity appreciation. In Chapter 1 we discussed the increasing diversity of the workforce and considered four competitive advantages that diversity offers.
