The ninth habit of highly effective members of gen e is the quest to find a new balance between work and family;. e = equilibrium. Gen e don't see it as an either/or. They want it all. Generation X were labelled as slackers. But gen e are anything but. Achieving work-life balance is one of the greatest challenges these people face. In one survey, some 94 per cent said they were willing to work long hours if they had to but, interestingly, nearly a fifth would like to work part-time (men and women); and 40 per cent would like more choice over working hoursy.
