Outer Eye Modeling

Now that we have a basic understanding of the eye, we can start building. To begin with, let’s look at the outer eye.

Your eyeball is essentially a sphere, but we only ever see the front (that is, unless your character’s eye needs to come out of its socket). Because of this, and our need to keep the polygon count down, our final eye will be only half an eye, but initially it helps to create it as a whole.
