Arm and Hand

Now things are going to get interesting as we move on to the arm and hand or, to be exact, the fingers. Figure 10.30 shows the current arm model.

We added quite a bit of geometry earlier to smooth out the muscle tone, but now we need to rework some of that and try and chop some of it out while retaining the shape.

Turn to Figure 10.31 and focus on the shoulder. We added edge loops to help smooth the deltoid, which worked nicely but has left us with more geometry than we need in the armpit.
