Anatomy

A basic understanding of anatomy is vital in creating believable characters. You don’t have to go to medical school for four years, but be prepared to study some basic anatomy. Luckily, there are tons of resources available.

First, pick up some books on the subject. Although this chapter offers information on anatomy, it shouldn’t take the place of books solely devoted to the subject.

My favorite anatomy books are:
