While only three names appear on the cover of the book, there was a significant supporting cast behind the scenes that was responsible for making this book a reality. First and foremost are friends and family that put up with many late nights and lost weekends. We collectively owe several beers, movies, and quiet evenings at home that were missed out on during this project but to those affected, fear not, those debts will be repaid in full.
