What is it?
One of the biggest challenges of alternative energy sources is the intermittent nature of the generation and the disequilibrium between when it is created and when it may be needed. For example, typically, solar panels collect energy during the daytime, but aside from air conditioning during the day, it is in the evening that the energy is needed. Thus, there is a critical need to store that energy for the vital moment.
