We Have Lift-Off
Having learned his lesson from past nightmares, Stan has naturally incorporated a thorough integration testing and deployment phase into Janice’s project. Following integration tests and the correction of a few minor bugs, Stan ran the acceptance tests and shared the results with Janice. Impressed with Stan’s thorough coverage of the requirements, Janice asked to see the application working live and then proceeded to announce its availability to her customers.
Integration and deployment are the final stages of the FLiP development cycle. If we have done a good job from wireframing through unit testing, integration and deployment should be singularly unexciting experiences.
