Nested Circuits Allow Nested Layouts
After all is said and done, Fusebox applications are just specialized ColdFusion applications. The factors we think about when making them work well, quickly, and smoothly are the same factors we apply to any ColdFusion application. Fusebox’s modular nature, however, tends to make Fusebox applications much easier to deal with from a maintenance and tuning perspective.
As a fuseaction is executed in Fusebox, it follows an “elevator ride” from the main circuit to the target circuit, inheriting settings from each container circuit on the way down.
After the fuse files are at the target circuit, they are processed. Then their output is placed on the elevator for the trip back to the main circuit.
