Understanding the Application’s Structure

The key to successful Fuseboxing is understanding how the application’s circuits are related to one another. This structure is the underlying basis for how the Fusebox core file operates, nesting circuits’ functionality and display layouts.

The basic structure of a Fusebox application is a simple hierarchy. Like a traditional organization chart, the Fusebox application branches out from a single top-level node. This node is known as the main circuit. Subcircuits are arranged below the main circuit just as lower levels of an organization are arranged below higher levels in the organization chart. Figure 8.2 compares the organization chart with a Fusebox application.
