It’s All Under the Hood

Although understanding all the nuances of the core file is not necessary to become an excellent Fusebox developer, it is compelling to do so. We are programmers, and programmers like looking under the hood.

It is okay if you did not understand everything in these chapters. You can review the chapters at your leisure when you really want to explore all the API variables. Alternatively, you might want to “optimize” the core. These chapters should serve as a useful guide to the existing core. The rest of Part II, “Fusebox Coding,” is much more important—a complete discussion of all the rest of the technical points of Fusebox.
