It is only after having developed many of the fundamentals of management that you can begin to become a true leader. Managers help to bring out the best in others; leaders do so as well. However, leaders will, in turn, possess not only the tools of a great manager, but other characteristics as well. It is the combination of factors that encourages others to follow.
