Performing your own evaluation of companies that are investment candidates is a fairly straightforward activity. You do not have to be a rocket scientist. Be perspicacious. Get a feel for the character and profile of the corporation and its business. Always keep your antenna attuned. Opportunities to pick up intelligence and impressions on a company arise all the time.
