How to evaluate training effectively

Let’s begin with a very basic question: what do we mean by evaluation? The answer is in the word – it is about value – ascertaining the value of, in this case, business training. So evaluating training focuses on identifying and judging the value of any formal development programme that has a face-to-face training event as part of its framework.
