The foundations of influencing

How can you influence your training groups positively so they get motivated, learn easily, take action and improve their performance when they return to the workplace? Whilst so much influencing happens unconsciously, you need to understand consciously what you have to do to get buy-in from everyone in any group.

Think of a situation in which you were the consumer. Remember a time in the past six months when you wanted to buy a product or service, so you did not need to be convinced by someone to buy: maybe when you were buying a car, a laptop or a mobile.
