Introduction

Throughout your life you will have been exposed to a number of leaders. You have possibly had situations where you have been leading others. Many of these could have been with formal roles or titles, others where the leadership role has been taken (or given) informally. We have had these experiences throughout our childhood and school days until the present. Some of them will have been positive and successful, others might have been the opposite!
