Fiske v. Silver Mine Hotel and Casino

A gambler left the casino with over $5,000 cash in his pocket, entered his motorhome in the parking lot, and was surprised by a man who had forced his way in, then attempted to knock the owner unconscious for the purpose of robbing him. During the ensuing scuffle, the owner was shot.
