In this chapter we’ll discuss the questions you need to ask before you start your project, and how to understand the answers.
What are the questions?
When you start a printed project, there are three important questions to ask before you start working:
1. | What kind of project is it? |
2. | How much money can I spend? |
3. | When is it due? |
The kind of project tells you the physical properties of the piece, such as general size, approximate number of pages, number of colors, etc. Is it a book? A brochure? An annual report? A single-page flyer? ...
