Your Ideal Personal Brand

Developing your ideal personal brand is a process. To start, decide what you want your personal brand to be. When others have a gut reaction about you, what do you want their gut to say? Close your eyes and imagine the Business of YOU five years from now. What adjectives do you want people to use to describe you? Consider your mentors and those you deem to be the most successful in your field. Ask yourself, “Who has it together? Why does this person win my admiration? What qualities or behaviors do I appreciate and want to emulate?”

Review the list of adjectives below for suggestions. Remember, these words may not necessarily be used to describe you today but represent the ideal image you strive to project in the future.
