Write down all of your positive qualities. Don't stop till you've listed a minimum of 20. Every morning read the list as soon as you awake. Internalize It. Believe It. Exude It.

Step 2: Identify Your Fears and Confidence Zappers

Write down all your fears and confidence zappers. You can download a Confidence Chart at www.BC2BR.com that can help you work through these steps. What do you not like about yourself that makes you feel insecure? Are you afraid you'll say something stupid? Are you concerned you'll trip and fall flat on your face? Do you fear people will laugh at you? Do you worry that you don't have enough education or that you're not good enough? Are you unhappy with your image and feel others won't like you? Do you even know why you lack confidence? It's impossible to develop confidence until you understand why you don't have it in the first place.
