What's Next for MySpace?

The MySpace heyday was in 2006, when the company claimed to register half a million new users each week. That same year, MySpace was heralded as the second most popular website in the United States, second only to Yahoo!. That was pre-Facebook, of course.

We would be remiss not to point out that MySpace and Facebook are not the only social networking sites with power and pull. Bebo is popular in the United Kingdom, Google's Orkut is the most visited website in Brazil, and several other social networks in Asia boast millions of users.
