Conclusion

When we are cooking, eating, serving, or just near food, there are a lot of senses at play. Not only can we see the food, we can also smell, taste, touch, feel, and even hear it. A heaping plate of something may not look appealing but can smell and taste so delicious that its looks don’t matter. But when only looking at food, we have only our sense of sight to rely on. As photographers, it’s our job to stimulate all of the senses with one photograph and make the food look as good as (or better than) it tastes.
