If you are used to using a mixing board then you may find the SONAR Console suits your way of working quite easily. If you’re not used to using a mixer then it’s worth spending a little time getting acquainted with the Console as it provides a different overview of your Project than the Track View which is often preferable when nearing completion. I find the main reason to use the Console View is that I can see many parameters at once that are often hidden in the Track View; the FX Bins for instance are much easier to see in the Console’s vertical Track Strips.
