Heuristic evaluation

In Chapter 2, Identifying UX Issues – UX Methodologies, you learned how to do heuristic analysis in order to identify UX issues. After this evaluation, you can come up with specific issues identified that you can point out on a screenshot. You can also use Microsoft Excel to create graphs:
