Organization

In addition to written text, with a tone and appropriate voice, it is also important to note how the text is organized on the page and throughout the site navigation. The text format and how it is organized helps the user understand the navigation better. Make sure that you write clear, useful, meaningful, and concise user-interface text (labels, explanations, tooltips, messages, and so on) that helps users complete the task at hand. You can always change or revise the copy to minimize friction.
