It is common to relate UX with digital and online interfaces, such as websites and mobile apps. In Chapter 1, Understanding UX and Its Importance, we discussed how UX can be applied to any kind of interface with users, such as the norman doors. We also showed how the Japanese Restroom Industry Association improved user experience in public toilets by redesigning important icons.
