Usability metrics focus on how easy it is for users to accomplish tasks on your site or application. These metrics include the time in the task, the success rate in this task, and the ease of accomplishing it. You can also include more specific metrics, such as icon recognition, menu navigation, search performance, and so on.

With a qualitative usability test, it is possible to analyze flows and interactions and the feelings involved, such as satisfaction, frustration, and hesitation.
