Tools and methodologies

There are several ways and tools to accompany an experiment, which we already mentioned before. For example:

  • Metrics analysis: Consists of collecting and analyzing metrics extracted from tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. They are data related to hits, clicks, times of permanence, conversion funnel, and the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Churn analysis: Churn is a metric that measures the number of customers who are no longer part of the base of your business on a monthly basis.
  • Questionnaires: Well known to us UX designers, is the collection of responses related to a particular context of your customer base or target audience. Questionnaires are developed according to the needs of your product. ...
