In Chapter 4Increasing Conversion with UX, we learned about quantitative and data analysis, and you should definitely consider those tools to help you to analyze the UX metrics. In the following sections, you will find nine quantitative-specific metrics that we can extract from Google Analytics to facilitate the decision making of the UX/UI team. It does not have to be KPIs directly, but signals (signals) as identified in the HEART framework of Google.
