Operable

Can users use UI components and browse content? For example, something that requires a cursor passing interaction cannot be operated by someone who cannot use a mouse or touch screen. Reconsider how you use automatically playing audio and video content and make sure it does not disrupt accessibility technologies and can be accessed easily. Make sure to:

  • Ensure that all features are accessible from the keyboard
  • Allow enough time for users to read and use content
  • Do not show content that can cause convulsions
  • Help users browse and find content
