The de Young Museum

The de Young Museum in San Francisco has developed a unique program that will allow guided tours by a robot to those who cannot physically visit it. 

While other museums have developed innovative programs to expand accessibility, such as special tours for the deaf and the visually impaired, de Young's robotic tour guides represent an important step towards the way organizations think about inclusion.
