I am not an airline snob as I just want to get from A to B in the quickest and most convenient way, so when low-cost no-frills airline easyJet started to fly out of my local airport I was thrilled. As my dad said, ‘In business you never make money faster than when you’re saving it’ (it sounds perfect if you read that with a deep ‘dad-like’ voice in your head).

On an easyJet flight from London to Newcastle I had one of the best experiences I have ever had. Why? Because of Simon.
