Brand, brand, brand. It’s all about brands in business news today. Who has the most recognized brand, whose is worth the most. How much money was spent on a new brand launch. When it comes to five star service there are no prizes for guessing how important the brand is – it’s everything. Because at the end of the day, the brand is you. It’s what you do on a regular basis that makes the difference.

At seminars I often ask, ‘Who would like £100,000 to be invested in them?’ All the hands shoot up.
