The Power of Three: Living with Balance

A person recently came into our office for an interview to fill a senior position. We were very impressed by his credentials, clear presentation, maturity, and personality, so we asked him to send a proposal outlining his employment requirements. A few days later, we received an email with his response. Included in his requirements, along with the usual list of salary, benefits, and other incentives, was a brief description of his request for a “work/life balance” in order to allow for time with family and community.
