The Fuck-Up…

New filmmakers often dream that if they can get their movie to a certain point, some deep-pocketed distributor will open their checkbook to get the movie finished. Although this has occurred in some very rare occasions, the odds of it happening are phenomenally poor. More often distributors simply flee from incomplete movies, and the filmmaker is left with an unfinished film that will never find an audience.
