Those new to film sets often show up expecting a great deal of glamour and excitement, and after a while of not much happening, they often leave bored. Although movies are designed to make what appears on the screen interesting, exciting, dramatic, romantic, and so on, that does not mean any of these feelings are reflective of what occurred off-screen while making the film.
