The common conception that “movies cost millions of dollars” is quite frequently true. Movies can also cost hundreds of millions of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars, thousands of dollars, and in some (very rare) cases, just a few dollars. Although it’s true that movies can cost all these amounts, where people go wrong is in assuming that movies have to cost any of these amounts.
