In a business complex, we have ONU in some buildings, but the other buildings do not have fiber connections. However, the other buildings are obviously static and, therefore, an FSO solution is possible for these. The interface requirements are fairly less stringent, apart from the fact that there may be a need for retransmission if the channel quality fades, a phenomenon that occurs randomly.
