Business Case for CWDM and Access Networks

CWDM implementation, although low cost, does not yet justify deployment to the end user on account of its magnitude in terms of bandwidth offered. CWDM, on the other hand, is a pure metro access solution. This means that the beneficiaries of such a solution are enterprises and customers who may subsequently pass on the data after de-aggregation to other consumers.
