The Man in the Arena

On the surface, shooting, just like leading, seems simple enough, but when your life and livelihood depend on it, you can never get too good at it. What do I mean by that? Simply, to shoot and miss accomplishes nothing. It is wasteful and may provide a false sense of security. The SEAL expression is: “You can’t miss fast enough to win a gunfight.”

An effective organization must thrive on its leadership and strive to get things right the first time, every time, all of the time. How do you make First, Fast, Fearless leadership a way of life?
