I cannot take all the credit for the content in this book. Leadership is learned. Without all the great leaders and teammates whom I was fortunate enough to learn from, I would have had very little to write, so thank you to every one of my teammates. I would like to thank each of you by name, but many of you are still out there doing the job as we sleep safe in our beds at night.
