Mike Leavitt was elected governor of Utah three times. He then served in the cabinet of President George W. Bush as secretary of HHS and administrator of the EPA. A seasoned diplomat, he has led U.S. delegations to more than fifty countries, conducting negotiations on matters related to health, the environment, and trade.
