You’ve just interviewed 20 candidates for your open position. You feel like you have a good pool of highly qualified candidates. As you think back on all the candidates, you are especially drawn to the last candidate you interviewed. Very strong credentials. Great answers. Seemed enthusiastic. You believe you know who the winner is.

But not so fast!
