Truth 5Job-hoppers could be show-stoppers

As you review the recent candidate’s resume, you notice that he’s remained with each employer for no more than two years at a time. "Not for me," you may think, remembering what you’d been warned about "job-hoppers" and their presumed unreliability. Job-hoppers used to be regarded as a hiring risk. They may not have a strong work ethic or may fail to offer loyalty to any employer. They may have rotten team skills or not be able to meet production goals. Or they soak up hours and hours of valuable training, at your expense, and then drift off to their next job, happily enriched by their new skills sets and experiences.
