Biography

Karen L. Higgins is an adjunct professor of management at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University in California where she teaches Project Management, Ethical Leadership, and Systems Thinking. She is president of Élan Leadership Concepts and a board member for AltaOne Federal Credit Union. During her previous career with the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, California, she held various engineering and management positions including project manager for Sidewinder missile.
