About the Author

Zabihollah Rezaee is the Thompson-Hill Chair of Excellence and Professor of Accountancy at the University of Memphis and served a two-year term on the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He received his B.S. degree from the Iranian Institute of Advanced Accounting, his M.B.A. from Tarleton State University in Texas, and his Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi. Professor Rezaee holds a number of certifications, including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Government Financial Manager, Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Professional, Certified Corporate Governance Professional, and Certified Governance Risk Compliance Professional.
